A Blessing Worth Fighting For

1 Corinthians 16:9
For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.
Sometimes when the Lord promises us a great blesssing, he prepares us for it through the work of our adversaries. In order to handle a supernatural blessing or an extraordinary miracle from God, we have to face our giants... head on, that is. God opens doors for us that no man can close, but the He will allow the enemy to throw hindrances and set up stumbling blocks to see if we are really determined to go through to get to or throw in the towel and have a pity party with the devil. Saints, if God has gone through such painstaking time to create a miracle for me, no matter how tough it gets, I got to stick and stay to see what the end will bring. He's watching to see if we can handle it...the persecution that is. Go through your test. The door before you is a great one! The biggest blessing you could imagine and the opportunity of a lifetime awaits you...
1 Corinthians 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Come on people of God...press on just a little while longer. I see light at the end of this tunnel!

Job 2:3
And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

We are living in times where people will do anything to please man, but in all we do, we should live our lives to please God and it's simply called INTEGRITY: total honesty and sincerity; the state of being complete or undivided. We all should bare the character of Job, that we so seek to please God that even Satan recognizes our INTEGRITY! As Christians, many of us have a tendency to become 'chameleons'; those who easily or frequently change attitudes or purpose as a lizard who changes the color of his skin to adopt to the environment he is in. Satan recognized that he couldn't get Job to change so he had to ask God for permission to touch Job's body, because nothing else seemed to work. Are you one that Satan has to go to God for permission to touch or are you the one that continually makes your self available to be used by the enemy?

Satan uses us when we refuse to stand for what's right; when we refuse to maintain our integrity in the work place just to keep a job; when we refuse to preach truth to prevent stepping on toes; when we bow to Satan's devices by accepting the world's way of doing things (sex, drugs, alcohol, lying, cheating, stealing, gossip and betrayal of friends for enemies)...what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul in the process? Many times we walk away from relationships that are godly only to form an alliance with the ungodly because of prestige, honor, titles or what they can do for us, but John F. Kennedy made a profound statement in his presidency; "Ask not what your country can do for YOU but ask what YOU can do for your country!" We should live each day maintaining our INTEGRITY by seeking to please God in all that we do and not just praying the Lord bless me, my and I prayers. Through all Job went through the bible says he sinned not. Look at what his wife said; Job 2:9 Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die.

Sometimes the one we yoke ourselves to will say and do things to cause us to deny God? Perhaps there are those in your life that are causing you to do things contrary to God, but our response should be like Job;
10 But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips. Never let people detour you from the will of God, no matter how smooth their words are...you should know them by their fruit. Sometimes we are so close upon people that we can't recognize their true character until it's too late...if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, it's a duck...but be very careful if the duck begins to crow! In all that we say and do for God, be sure to live what we say and teach others. Don't be swayed by Satan.

Job 27:5 God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.
Job 31:6 Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.

Don't go along to get along just to be apart of your surroundings. Always maintain your integrity, it means a lot to God and will bring you before great men not evil men who desire to sift you as wheat. Job had some friends who were great noblemen, but when he went through his trials all they did was accused and blamed him...are these the kind of friends you have. you may not be able to answer now but just wait until you go through adversity and you will see who your true friends are. The reason Job was such a blessed man in the beginning and more so in the end was because he gave up his will for the will of God and his sufferings caused him to see people for who they really were;

Job 42:5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. Job thought he knew God but after he went through the storms of life, he saw things differently. My sisters and brothers...God is a Rewarder of them that diligently seek Him...
10 And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Maintain Your Integrity in all that you say and do!!!

Maintaining Integrity; Double for Your Trouble!

This is one of those questions that make us go....mmmm? The word of the Lord tells us that God himself desires us to prosper and be in good health even as our soul prospers. I guess it would be safe to say that our first project in life is to seek the kingdom of God and "all its righteousness" and everything else would be added?Throughout the Bible the writers spend most of their time rebuking Gods people, not the sinner. They wrote things like, "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray..." Many are the afflictions of the Righteousness...My people perish for lack of knowledge....Search the scriptures for on them you will find life... If any lack wisdom, ask God.Down at the Red Sea....it was Gods chosen people...that stiff neck generation. The Pharisees and Saducees all well versed in the scripture, the disciple who saw the work of Jesus in a 3-D reality show, but still lacked understanding of his ways, word and will.Could that be us today...the blind leading the blind and we both need help to crawl out the ditch?

The word talks about a double minded man being unstable in all his ways and shall not receive anything of the Lord. Could we as the teachers of the law; we that are saved be the stumbling blocks to win others to Christ?The Lord knew a sinner who has no relationship with him and no evidence of being filled with the Holy Spirit, would study His word. He knew the sinner wouldn't  read the bible and search the scriptures. He knew the sinner wouldn't fast and pray to a God they know absolutely nothing about, therefore, the strong should bare the infirmities of the weak. To whom much is given, much is required. We that know to do and do it not, is a sinner. We that live godly shall suffer persecution, but it's time out for condoning the ungodly, corrupt things we do and say that we are Christians and use His words to draw a picture and landscape it concerning the lost sheep of Israel Woe unto the one that would cause Gods sheep to scatter.It was the rich young ruler's love for his worldly possessions and lifestyle that caused him to lose his soul. He knew Jesus. He knew the word. All his life he went to church and paid tithes and helped the poor but he had not sold out to Jesus. Could that be us. Having a zeal of God but denying his power.You say, "I'll church it every Sunday; I will teach and attend prayer and bible study; I will feed the poor, visit the sick, pay tithes and give offerrings....but I refuse to give up lying, gossiping, adultery, fornication, stealing, drinking, drugs pornography, club night, smoking, whoring, but yet we sing...I know I am a child of God, although I move so slow! To an out right sinner, it is what it is....his most famous line, "Um coming when I get myself straight." A sinner can't do this on his own, he needs our help, but when he is in search of a Savior, he sees some of us"Christian Folk" right where he is...drinking, listening and looking at the same stuff, cussing and fussing, smoking and club hopping, sneaking and peeping and that sinner stands across the street watching us prepare for the best dress, most likely to fall out, most eloquent speech, greatest tithe payer and seed sower award on Sunday morning!

Our worship to God has become a lifetime movie and it's not the sinner thats starring in the role.God says my people perish for lack of knowledge; in all thy getting get an understanding. No chastening feels good but thank God he loves us enough to do so. Could we be the lukewarm church? Have we disappointed God? Are we grieving His Spirit? Have our hearts waxed cold or our consciences been seared? Where is the compassion and love of Gods people? Could we be that back slidden generation he talks about in His word. Those that once knew him, feared him and sought to please him and now we have become leaders of man?

The Lord is crying out to the lost sheep of Israel...return to me he says. Call on me while I am near. Repent for the kingdom of God is nigh. Tomorrow holds no promise. Today hear His voice and harden not your hearts. He is a just God and He will forgive. Satan already has the sinner...he wants us that are of the house hold of faith. I leave you with the words Jesus told Peter, "Satan desires to sift you as wheat, but I prayed that your faith fail you not and when thou art strengthen, go convert your brother."Can God trust you to handle His buisness? The Bible; Is it for the Saint or the sinner? We both need the mercies of God and it's by His grace that were still here! Praying for you always!

The Bible - Is it for the Saint or the Sinner?

Psalm 40:4
"Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud."
The Word of the Lord comes to inform us that we' re blessed when we place our trust in the Lord. Many times in my life, I have detoured my destiny and aborted the plans of God in my life by failing to trust Him with the word He spoke in my given situation. Yes, we can interupt our destiny when we listen to the voice of the enemy and the lies he tells us. Satan will always speak the opposite of what the Lord has spoken. God example....God told Adam and Eve don't eat of the tree and Satan said eat...it will make you wise.
When God speaks a word, we should avoid any conversations and situations that will cause had to go contrary to the Word of the Lord. That Word in you is like the sperm of a man planted in the egg of a woman. It's a seed that must be protected and nourished with more word.
Don't allow the voice of the enemy to snatch your seed. Sometimes you have to avoid to avoid people all together that are negative minded. (After all this is your god-given promise)
Staying focused isn't easy. Sometimes our pride gets in the way and we give up to soon. Don't give up on God because He never have up on you. God will never promise you something and take it away but we can abort it because of unbelief and not trusting God.
In all Gods promises are yay and amen. Why would you let anybody tell you differently? The seed of a sperm when it becomes fertile inside the egg, must stay in protective custody inside the uterus for at least nine months in order to reach full maturity with no deformities or abnormalities. Yes, there are premature promises and most have complications. Staying focused on nurturing the seed of the word God have you, requires random checkups and blood work and urine analysis, just to make sure your seed is healthy and remain in tact until labor and delivery.
This promise you are carrying is a full term delivery. It will not be aborted. You have experienced some complications but the Chief Physician has stepped in. The last 3 were caused by lack of nourishment of the seed .....you miscarried and the promise died! This time I'm staying focused, what about you. Excuse me, my water just broke...got to go pray and prepare for my promise.

Revelations 3: 7-8

The Lord gave me these words som 10 years ago concerning the ministry he called me to and each day I receive revelation concerning these words. There are times when GOD is trying to get us to another level in him & he begans to shut doors in our lives & it seems like he always shuts the doors we desire to leave open...but if we desire the blessings of the Lord & to stay in his perfect will, we got to let him SHUT THE DOOR!!! Move your hand, heart & head out of the way. If we desire to move forward in the things of God, we can no longer leave avenues for the old man in us to return to our old carnal ways of doing things. In ministry, in marriage, in seeking God for a mate & even in managing money; until we allow God to shut those doors the enemy has opened & come through in our lives, there's no room for elevation or transition. In ministry the spirit of tradition stagnates the growth of the church whereby people do what they think is right in their own eyes.In marriage; husbands & wives cease to pray & allow doors of confusion, infedelity & adultery to open in their lives & because no one takes a stand to pray & ask GOD 2 shut the door...the marriage ends in divorce. When seeking a mate we tend to leave the doors of past relationships open with people who cannot fit into our GOD designed destiny. They were okay for where u were but they dont fit where GOD is taking you & if u dont allow God to shut the door then u cant enjoy the blessing of who he has for you. there's no room for three...SHUT THE DOOR & allow God to take u through the OPEN
DOOR of destiny. Its u & not God thats holdin ur blessin! Jus shut the door!
