Pastor Sandra Janeice Johnson was born July 14,1963, to the parents of the late Willie Johnson and Mary Frances Pippins-Johnson and is the 8th of nine siblings.  She received the call of God to minister his word at the age of 15 when her father made his journey from earth to glory in 1979 and after many trials and battles with the enemy to abort her destiny; she accepted the call in 1994 giving birth to I Can Find Favor Ministries while serving as a chaplain for Hospice patients. Sandra realized that it was her God ordained destiny. She was licensed into the ministry in 1996 and ordained in the year 2000 by Pastor Rudy Seals Sr. at the Greater New Kingdom Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, MS. Sandra was the first female ordained in a Baptist church in Bolivar County. She attended the Exodus School of the Bible in Renova, Ms and attained her Bachelor's in Biblical Studies. She's the author of two books: "Prayer, a Language of Love " and "There's Purpose in Our Pain"
God has allowed her to pave the way for many to walk into their God appointed destiny.

She is the visionary and pastor of I.C.F.F. (I Can Find Favor) Ministries as well as her monthly meetings with The Healing Clinic Ministry consisting of individuals desiring to be made whole of every physical, mental, spiritual and emotional challenge that life brings their way. (John 4)

​Pastor Sandra is the co-founder of I.C.F.F. Divine Convocation Ministry, Inc. known as “The Church Without Walls!”  She is a Mississippi Board certified Christian Counselor and Faith Based Therapist and serves as   the pre needs chaplain for Byas Funeral Home in all four locations and is presently employed as the hospice chaplain for Grace Hospice of Mississippi. The thing that is most dear to her is the ability to allow God to use her as his vessel to speak into the lives of his people and cause transformation. Her ultimate gift from God is the ministry of intercessory prayer and deliverance used to draw others to her Master, her Lord, her Savior, her Keeper and the Lover of her soul. She is the single parent of two biological sons Ryan and Rafeal Nailer, a grandmother of four amazing grandsons and the spiritual mother of many. She currently resides in her birth place in Johnsonville Mississippi.

Divine Convocation Ministries Without Limits is under the leadership of Bishop Roderick Mitchell and Pastor Mary Mitchell at the New Life Church of Renova, MS.and under the covering of the M.C.C (Miletus Covenant Connection) with Prelate Bishop Roderick Mitchell.
